Opale d'Australie, Queensland, NSW, Mai 2006
Nous avons exploré cette fois la région située à l'ouest de Brisbane, capitale du Queensland. Notre voyage s'est concentré sur les opales de Lightning Ridge dans le NSW. En passant par Cunnamulla nous découvrons les magnifiques opales de Queenslandà Yowah, Koroit et Quillpie. Au retour nous nous arrêtons sur les gisements de corindon du NSW à Glen Innes et Inverell.. Nous étions intéressés aussi par les activités aux alentours de Brisbane : expositions de gemmes, vente au enchéres, lapidaires, nouveaux instruments chez Linton Enterprises...
